Throughout the seasons

Sylvain Marsault, chef at L’Horizon restaurant, follows the rhythm of the seasons and their respective products to offer maximum freshness and to enable you to explore the flavours of the moment. By focussing on reduction cooking techniques, olive oil and the quality of his ingredients, his creations are light and preserve the essence of French gastronomy: simple deliciousness. Dietary half board is also available as part of the 6-night stays.

L’Horizon is open throughout the year. Serving food from 12 pm to 1.30 pm and from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
L’Effet Mer welcomes you throughout the summer season from 12 pm to 3 pm next to the swimming pool. Mediterranean buffet every Wednesday evening !
