L’Horizon - the Les Flamants Roses hotel’s gastronomic restaurant – is open all the year round and welcomes both passing gourmets and hotel residents (half-board optional). The gastronomic restaurant, with its amazing view over the beach and its varied menu tinged with Mediterranean flavours, have something for all the family.
Sylvain Marsault, the L’Horizon restaurant’s chef, follows the seasons and the produce available to offer as much fresh food as possible, and in particular to allow diners to explore seasonal flavours. Focussing on reductions, olive oil and the quality of his ingredients he offers a light cuisine which retains the very essence of French gastronomy - a simple love of good food.
To combine good food and comfort, you can choose to stay on either a half-board or a full board basis, which means that, at each mealtime, the L’Horizon restaurant will offer you a choice of two starters, two main courses and two desserts, and the chef makes a point of varying the menu every week to surprise you. This service includes the Wednesday evening buffets. Full board is also available with the dietetic option and a customised menu.
