Our hotel, restaurant and thalassotherapy center will be exceptionally closed from 3rd of January till 31st of March 2022. The residence remains open during this period.

The restaurant, our room service and our bar remain open and accessible to the hotel's guests also in compliance with health regulations.
Half board, full board and "a la carte" dinners for hotel guests will be available from 7pm.

L’Horizon - the Les Flamants Roses hotel’s gastronomic restaurant – is open all the year round and welcomes both passing gourmets and hotel residents (half-board optional) and offers a thalasso lunch formula. The gastronomic restaurant, with its amazing view over the beach and its varied menu tinged with Mediterranean flavours, have something for all the family.

Changing with the seasons

Sylvain Marsault, the L’Horizon restaurant’s chef, follows the seasons and the produce available to offer as much fresh food as possible, and in particular to allow diners to explore seasonal flavours. Focussing on reductions, olive oil and the quality of his ingredients he offers a light cuisine which retains the very essence of French gastronomy - a simple love of good food.

At lunchtime or in the evening

The gourmet restaurant l'Horizon with its panoramic view of the Mediterranean is open every day of the year. Service from 12pm to 1.30pm out of season and every evening from 7.30 to 9.30pm.

To enjoy a cocktail before you eat at the L’Horizon restaurant, have a drink with friends or read on the veranda as you sip a chocolate drink, come to the hotel’s main bar.


Full and half-board

To combine good food and comfort, you can choose to stay on either a half-board or a full board basis, which means that, at each mealtime, the L’Horizon restaurant will offer you a choice of two starters, two main courses and two desserts. This service includes the Wednesday evening buffets. Full board is also available with the dietetic option.


Due to the current sanitary context, the Wednesday evening buffets are temporarily suspended.
