Great food on the beach

L’Horizon - the Les Flamants Roses hotel’s gastronomic restaurant – is open all the year round and welcomes both passing gourmets and hotel residents (half-board optional). The gastronomic restaurant, with its amazing view over the beach and its varied menu tinged with Mediterranean flavours, have something for all the family.

Changing with the seasons

Sylvain Marsault, the L’Horizon restaurant’s chef, follows the seasons and the produce available to offer as much fresh food as possible, and in particular to allow diners to explore seasonal flavours. Focussing on reductions, olive oil and the quality of his ingredients he offers a light cuisine which retains the very essence of French gastronomy - a simple love of good food.

L’Effet Mer, your seafront summer restaurant

During the summer, the L’Effet Mer restaurant allows you to have lunch beside the large swimming pool, with a view out to sea.
The menu offers summer cuisine with sunny snacks, such as salads, kebabs, tartare dishes, pasta, etc.

At lunchtime or in the evening

The L’Horizon gastronomic restaurant, with its panoramic view out over the Mediterranean Sea, is open all the year round. Service from 12 to 1.30 and from 7.30 to 9.30 p.m. At lunchtime, a daily menu starter- main course-dessert at a reduced price (24€ or 30€ with a glass of wine).


L’Effet Mer is beside the swimming pool, open from 12 to 3 p.m. during the summer season and there’s a Mediterranean buffet every Wednesday evening!

To enjoy a cocktail before you eat at the L’Horizon restaurant, have a drink with friends or read on the veranda as you sip a chocolate drink, come to the hotel’s main bar.

Full and half-board

To combine good food and comfort, you can choose to stay on either a half-board or a full board basis, which means that, at each mealtime, the L’Horizon restaurant will offer you a choice of two starters, two main courses and two desserts, and the chef makes a point of varying the menu every week to surprise you. This service includes the Wednesday evening buffets. Full board is also available with the dietetic option and a customised menu.

Big buffets

Every Wednesday evening you can savour the amazing ambiance at the L’Horizon restaurant’s big Mediterranean buffets and also enjoy the musical performances.
This is an opportunity for the whole of Sylvain Marsault’s team to let you try fresh produce and their latest creations.
